The Marketing and Business Development Intern will have contacts records management responsibilities within the Marketing and Business Development department and will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s contact database and electronic communications.



Reporting to the CRM supervisor, the Marketing and Business Development Intern will ensure that contacts in the database are free of duplicates, ensure that contacts have current and accurate information, and enhance basic contact information related to activities, notes, classifications, and additional key data. The Marketing and Business Development Intern will further enhance the CRM database in InterAction by adding and maintaining information the firm relies on for new and continued business development.


  • Progression towards a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in the areas of economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, or other practice related subjects.
  • Proven capability with MS Excel and relational database program(s) (e.g., MS SQL Server, MS Access, MySQL, Oracle, Teradata) or statistical analysis programs (e.g. SAS, SPSS, Stata, R). A desire to expand those capabilities is required.
