Administrative Support

  • Enter Expert time and expenses/travel arrangements.
  • Complete copy jobs, which may include binding and index preparation.
  • Run conflict checks for potential casework.
  • Review invoices for grammar and formatting errors.
  • Format reports and presentations and organize and analyze case-related information.
  • Understand and utilize various research tools to find case-related information, SEC online database (and other relevant financial industry and government databases), and search engines (Google, Yahoo Finance, etc.).
  • Provide back-up support to Executive Assistant.

Office Operations Support

  • Reception duties
  • Conference room coordination
  • Kitchen and Office Supply Stocking/Ordering
  • Mail/Printers/Copiers
  • Office Event coordination
  • Office Maintenance follow-up



  • AA/BA degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a professional services environment, preferably consulting or legal, with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Proficient (intermediate level skills) with Microsoft Office Suite and strong background operating all office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax, and postage machines
  • Provide exceptional client service to visitors, candidates, and employees at all times with a positive and upbeat approach.
  • Be a creative problem solver, work independently, and proactively seek guidance when appropriate.
  • Demonstrate an attention to detail, follow through on assignments to completion, and multi-task in an environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Interact with and maintain open communication and good relations with office personnel, as well as work well and remain calm in pressure situations, such as tight time constraints.
  • Multi-task and prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment.
