Position Summary:

BRG is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a group of Managing Directors in our Downtown LA office.


  • Document and Report Support: Prepare correspondence including letters, faxes, memos and emails.  Prepare PowerPoint presentations, coordinate and prepare all word processing projects, proofread documents for grammatical accuracy, prepare documents for outside or in-house distribution, including: photocopying, scanning, postage, arranging for couriers, etc. Assist with electronic document organization.
  • Communications: Keep in constant touch with Experts on schedule and other pertinent information.
  • Calendar Support: Arrange and coordinate conference calls, meeting rooms and catering services, as needed. Maintain contact list, calendars and communicate scheduled appointments.
  • Prepare and process business travel arrangements; enter time and expenses.
  • Provide other administrative support as needed.


  • AA/BA degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a professional services environment (preferably consulting or legal) supporting upper level management.
  • Advanced software skills required in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Adobe Acrobat. Word skills should include foot-noting, table of contents, draft management, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and identify and recommend approaches to solve problems proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Proven time management, organizational skills and attention to detail required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints.
  • Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work overtime as needed.
  • Be able to lift or maneuver up to 20 pounds.
