Berkeley Research Group, LLC, a leading global strategic advisory and expert consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Data Assistant, who will have contacts records management responsibilities within the Marketing department and will play a critical role in developing and supporting the firm’s contact database and electronic communications.
Reporting to the CRM supervisor, the Marketing Data Assistant will ensure that contacts in the database are free of duplicates, ensure that contacts have current and accurate information, and enhance basic contact information related to activities, notes, classifications, and additional key data. Response to support calls from users and offering proactive learning as well as ensuring data standard adherence for users is also part of the role. The Marketing Data Assistant will further enhance the CRM database in InterAction by adding and maintaining information the firm relies on for new and continued business development.
As one of the primary contacts for InterAction-related information, the Marketing Data Assistant must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong client focus. The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of InterAction web and windows clients or a similar CRM.
This position will also assist in sending out client communications and providing back-up support for email marketing communications. Tasks will include set up, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting on content-driven campaigns.
