The Senior Associate position is an experienced entry level consulting staff position. This position requires a highly motivated problem solver with strong analytical ability, advanced degree or significant work experience, and a desire to advance within the organization. The work of a Senior Associate can be either qualitative or quantitative in nature, and projects range from industry and subject matter research to data collection to the preparation of statistical, financial, and other forms of analysis. This position will work directly with the other team members to assess the opportunity and implement the initiatives determined to be beneficial to the client. Training will occur on the job with frequent feedback to support development and growth. The Senior Associate position will be based out of the Washington, DC office with potential travel to client sites.
