The Associate position is a full-time position as a member of our consulting staff. The Associate will support client engagement while learning about specific areas of the HPI practice. The Associate will be an integral part of the HPI team that will work at the client site. This position will work directly with the other team members to assess the opportunity and implement the initiatives determined to be beneficial to the client. Training will occur on the job with frequent feedback to support development and growth. The Senior Associate position will be based out of a “Virtual” office with frequent travel to client sites.
