  • Overview

    BRG is looking for an experienced Case Assistant to support a Managing Director in our Salt Lake City office. The person in this role will work closely with the MD, supporting client deliverables and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks.


    Document and Report Support:

    • Quality control review to include editing, sourcing footnotes and checking references.
    • Research case related information to help support primarily damage related cases analysis or within the case materials, go through docs to see if facts were repeated throughout.
    • Data analysis such as financial statement compilation and comparison to search for trends or anomalies.
    • General support to ensure client reports are accurate and of the highest quality

    Marketing and BD Support:

    • Maintain CV
    • Assist with the development of other materials in support of business development
    • Team with internal marketing team to manage contact in firm contact database


    • Arrange and coordinate conference calls, meeting rooms and catering services, as needed.
    • Prepare and process business travel arrangements; enter time and expenses.


    • BA degree preferred, ideally in Economics or associated field.
    • Minimum of five years of experience in a professional services environment (preferably consulting or legal); background as a paralegal, researcher or in accounting highly desired.
    • Advanced software skills required in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Adobe Acrobat.  Word skills should include foot-noting, table of contents, draft management, etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including advanced editing and quality control document review experience.
    • Ability to work independently and identify and recommend approaches to solve problems proactively.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Proven time management, organizational skills and attention to detail required.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints.
    • Flexibility and willingness to occasionally work overtime as needed.
