The Consultant position is a consulting staff position, which is integral to the CCRM team’s success. This position requires a highly motivated critical thinker and with strong research, organization and project management skills and a developing body of subject matter expertise. The Consultant has general familiarity with corporate governance and compliance principles and may have exposure to operational models that adhere to same. The incumbent will provide key project management support; perform research; assimilate large volumes of complex materials into concise project materials; contribute to expert witness reports; and contribute to client-facing advisory work product.
