Our Case Assistant position supports the Co-Chair of our Economics and Damages practice and his team of international arbitration economists in BRG’s New York office as well as Buenos Aires. The team is in the process of hiring and expanding and conducts business attending to disputes that involve many industries across many countries, including the majority of South American countries, several countries in Eastern Europe, Europe, and Africa and the Middle East. The ideal candidate is a professional who takes initiative, is flexible and enjoys working in a results-driven, entrepreneurial and global environment. The individual should exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills. The Case Assistant should have the ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion, periodically work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of support experience, preferably in a professional services setting such as consulting, legal or accounting. Previous experience in organizations with global presence preferred.
Technical savvy is key - intermediate to advanced computer skills required in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
