    The Training Coordinator will assist in full-cycle training and development, including planning, implementing, and facilitating training programs for both new hires and current employees across the firm. The ideal candidate will have between 2-3 years of previous work experience and be looking for an entrepreneurial environment in which they can develop and grow their professional skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the development and implementation of training initiatives, policies, and procedures.
    • Manage the firm’s New Hire Training program, including the organization of logistics, communication with participants, and facilitation of the program.
    • Assist with the creation and development of program materials (e.g., presentation decks, job aids, handouts, etc.)
    • Communicate with trainees and coordinate logistics of training programs with BRG staff.
    • Track and support Continuing Professional Education resources for employees with professional certifications.
    • Manage licensing and inquiries about the firm’s online training platforms.
    • Organize and provide online support during live, virtual training sessions.
    • Update and maintain internal web pages and employee training files.
    • Coordinate with various BRG Experts and staff to address their training needs.
    • Create and administer employee surveys in a timely manner to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Set up, manage and maintain the in-person and on-line training supplies and equipment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 2-3 years of previous work experience at a consulting firm or other professional service-oriented company, either in a consulting or training role.
    • Ability to work independently and to effectively manage time and priorities.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees across the firm.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to effectively build and maintain rapport with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training strategies and initiatives.
    • Proven competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (or similar email application).
    • Ability to use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
