    The Workplace and Real Estate Coordinator will support BRG’s Workplace Operations team in the day to day management of our lease portfolio, systems, vendors, and projects.


    Headquartered in Emeryville, California, BRG currently has over 40 offices across the United States and internationally. This position offers advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing expert services and consulting firm.


    • Maintain and manage BRG’s real estate administration software in collaboration with the team and business partners.
      • You will have full ownership of real estate management system data integrity, lease clauses, critical dates, and financial obligations.
    • Manage lease lifecycles and ensure proper documentation in prepared and stored.
      • Assist Workplace Operations team with coordination and execution of estoppel agreements, SNDAs, and other lease notices as needed.
      • Identify and resolve rent discrepancy issues with landlord and accounting partners.
    • Responsible to gather the required information and generate quarterly reporting of BRG’s real estate portfolio.
    • Work with accounting team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly rental payments for executive suite locations.
    • Assist office managers in maintaining data integrity and consistency in BRG’s workplace management software.
    • Lead training and address Regional Manager’s questions with workplace management software as needed.
    • Resolve ad hoc office equipment and furniture requests - ergonomic, repairs, small orders etc.
    • Occasional real estate and construction project assistance and supporting office moves.
    • Contribute to the team’s ongoing effort to develop efficient leasing and management procedures.
    • Work on special projects as required.
    • May include some occasional business travel.


    • 1-3 years of related experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight time frames in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic Excel and financial analysis skills.
    • High level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines.
    • Experience in commercial real estate and lease management software is a plus.
    • Experience understanding and using appropriate real estate and accounting terms.
    • Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise.
    • Ability to read and interpret general legal documents including commercial leases.
    • Customer centric approach.
    • Critical thinking skills.
